FondabeeFruc box with 12 packs of 1 kg fondant. FondabeeFruc is a ready-to-use fondant in a 1 kg pack. The ideal pack for 3-frame nucs, MiniPlus nuc boxes, etc. This fondant stands out thanks to the addition of 3% fructose. This makes it more resistant to warm and very cold weather (it stays soft). Of course, it has the ideal sugar mix for bees so they take it readily. The fondant is nice and firm so it doesn’t run out of the bag. The composition is approximately 83.5% sucrose, 3% dextrose, 2% maltose, 11.5% higher sugars. Fondabee is produced in Belgium by Belgosuc under strict human food standards. Note: cheaper brands sometimes use a different composition. A high HMF content is toxic to bees.

You can easily feed the fondant to your bees by using a hive tool to pierce/cut an opening in the pack. Then fold over or tear off the plastic tab and place the hole over the feeder hole on the inner cover.
