The ideal size for 3-frame nucs, MiniPlus nucs, etc. This fondant stands out thanks to the addition of 3% fructose. This makes it more resistant to warm and very cold weather (it stays soft). Of course, it contains the optimal mix of sugars for bees so they take it up well. The fondant is nicely firm so it doesn’t run out of the bag. Composition is approximately 83.5% sucrose, 3% dextrose, 2% maltose, 11.5% higher sugars. Fondabee is produced in Belgium by Belgosuc under strict human food standards. Note: cheaper brands sometimes use a different ratio. A high HMF content is toxic to bees.

You can feed the fondant easily by piercing/cutting an opening in the package with a hive tool. Then fold back or tear off the plastic tab and place the opening over the feed hole of the crown board.
