The Asian hornet trap (Vespacatch) is designed to naturally attract hornets. This is due to the yellow color of the container. Hornets remain trapped inside for long periods. This provides protection for your beehive. Also suitable for wasps! Tip: regularly check the trap for insects that you want to release.
The Asian hornet trap (Vespacatch) consists of the following components:
- A strong yellow plastic container that is resistant to bad weather.
- A lid with 2 entrances, covered with a tunnel that concentrates odors, masks light and prevents trapped insects from flying out
- Hook system to hang the trap (and the trap can also stand on a surface).
