Import & transport cages
Queen introduction, transport and introduction cages are used to introduce the queen into a hive or to transport the queen from queen grower to beekeeper. Introduction cages are used to allow the bees to get used to the new queen first to reduce the chance of the queen not being accepted into the hive. The Beekeeper Shop supplies several brands of feeder cages and transport cages such as: Nassenheider and Nicot.
