The Topkast Premium BeeFun® with solid bottom board is the ideal hive if you want to lift less weight. The large lower box can hold the brood nest, so you don’t need to lift heavy boxes anymore. On top you can add honey supers or other spaarkast components so you can keep working with your existing equipment! This hive can be finished in your own color with our natural paint.

This premium wooden beehive is made from top-quality pine. The box corners are concealed, which prevents moisture from entering the wood. The solid bottom board will keep the colony warm and help deter pests such as ants. On the long sides, there are two metal clamps on each side to secure the brood box (brood chamber) to the bottom.

(The Topkast can also be used in combination with spacer strips and simplex hive frames)
