FondabeeFruc fondant is a ready-to-use fondant in a 2.5 kg package. The ideal packaging for 3-frame nucs, miniplus hives, etc. This fondant distinguishes itself by the addition of 3% fructose. This ensures it is more resistant to hot and very cold weather (it maintains its softness). Of course, it consists of the ideal mix of sugars for the bees so they can consume it well. The fondant is nicely firm so it doesn't run out of the bag. The ratio is approximately 83.5% sucrose, 3% dextrose, 2% maltose, 11.5% higher sugars. Fondabee is produced in Belgium by Belgosuc under strict regulations for human consumption. Note: cheaper brands sometimes have a different ratio. A high HMF content is toxic to bees.

You can easily feed the fondant to the bees by piercing/cutting an opening in the packaging with your hive tool. Then fold or tear off a plastic tab and place the hole on the feeding hole of the crown board.
