Can I use a stainless steel (inox) spoon for honey?
Because honey is acidic, in theory it could react with metal, except for noble metals such as gold. As a result, the honey could indeed take up a few negligible metal ions. However, because the honey sits on a honey spoon only very briefly, this is generally not considered a reason to avoid using a metal honey spoon. The metal will not affect the taste, and the honey spoon will not oxidize because it is made of high-quality stainless steel (inox).
