Produce your own organic honey according to the rules of SKAL? You can! In this information sheet you can read all about the inspection and procedure to obtain the certificate. Because the certificate includes inspections, it will not be cost-effective for the small hobby beekeeper (> € 750) to participate but following the guidelines will of course ensure that you produce organic honey. Uncertified, of course!
