Produce organic honey yourself according to SKAL rules? You can! In this information sheet, you’ll learn all about the inspection and procedure to obtain the certificate. Because the certificate also includes inspections, it will not be cost-effective (> € 750) for the small-scale hobby beekeeper to participate, but following the guidelines will of course still ensure that you produce organic honey.
