Dadant Blatt plastic beehive green 10/12-frame

Beautiful beehive for the frame size Dadant Blatt / Frankenbeute. These beehives are made of high-quality plastic, comparable to the Segeberger but much stronger. This makes them sturdier than the Segeberger hives but similar in weight. Ideal for beekeepers who work with Dadant Blatt. Outside dimensions of this hive are: 56.5 x 50 cm.

The space inside the hive is 397mm. We sell Hoffman frames of 35 to 37 mm. Depending on these frames, you can fit 11 or 10 frames in the hive. It's possible to fit 12 if you use a narrower size. This doesn't affect the functioning of the hive or beekeeping. For example, a Spaarkast has 10 frames and a Segeberger often has 11 frames with identical frame sizes.
