Dadant Blatt plastic beehive green 10/12-frame

Beautiful beehive for the Dadant Blatt / Frankenbeute frame size. These beehives are made from high-quality plastic, comparable to Segeberger hives but much stronger. This makes them sturdier than Segeberger hives yet similar in weight. Ideal for beekeepers working with Dadant Blatt. External dimensions of this hive: 56.5 x 50 cm.

The internal space of the hive is 397 mm. We offer Hoffmann frames ranging from 35 to 37 mm. Depending on these frames, the hive takes 11 or 10 frames. 12 may also fit if you use a narrower size. It makes no difference to the performance of the hive or your beekeeping. For example, a spaarkast has 10 frames and a Segeberger often 11, and the frame size is identical.
