The Warré hive is ideal for new beekeepers who want to practice natural beekeeping. In the Warré hive, the bees build their own honeycomb, which saves on materials. In the Easy model, there are no observation windows.
This Warré hive (high-quality knot-free pine and/or spruce) comes complete with:
1 Pitched roof with rim
1 Inner cover
1 Insulation rim
3 brood boxes (brood chambers)
1 Bottom board with 4 legs (supplied separately)
24 Top bars
= Ready-to-go hive!
Besides this fine hive, you also receive a handy hive record card for keeping track of the colony’s data.
Optional is a inner cover with central feed hole so feeding can be done with feeders.
