Formivar 85% formic acid, 1 liter (registered for sale in the Netherlands). Formic acid is used to treat Varroa mite. Formivar is suitable for severe and very severe Varroa infestations; this corresponds to a natural mite drop of approx. 10 dead Varroa per day. Formivar works quickly and penetrates capped brood cells. This formic acid is also recommended as an emergency treatment. Formivar formic acid is a product of Andermatt Biovet.
