Uncapping machine Mini (Premium)

Beautiful compact uncapping machine from LEGA’s Premium line. The operation is manual, but thanks to the simple levers it’s very easy. One lever uncaps the hive frame and the other lever slides the frame through so there’s room for the next frame to uncap. A great feature of this model is that the cappings wax stays on the frames. The plastic knives cut shallow grooves in the honeycomb and barely damage the cappings. This allows the bees to reuse the wax immediately to cap the next honey crop. With this machine you can uncap up to 240 hive frames per hour. We’re happy to set up this machine for your frame size. You can also do this yourself with some technical know-how. So it’s possible to switch to another frame size. The height of this uncapping machine is about 95 cm.
