Frame clamp

Frame tensioner for wiring hive frames, only suitable for the handy DIYer, because the jig may need to be adapted to fit your frames. You may need to reposition the bolts and drill holes in the jig. The jig has a locking clip that lets you press the hive frame in slightly. Next, run the wire through the hive frame and secure it. Then release the clip and the wire is immediately taut. The jig is fitted with a small handle where you can place the roll of stainless steel wire. Maximum hive frame height is approximately 24 cm and the maximum bottom bar width is 48 cm.
