Prefer not to keep stirring buckets when making sugar syrup? Then this is the solution. The sugar melter / Sucapi produces a high-concentration sugar syrup for winter feeding bees, without stirring or electricity. Add sugar and water to the top bucket and the next day you’ll have a nice sugar syrup. 

How do I start my sugar melter? To begin, fill it with about 8 kg of sugar and then 5 liters of water. The water will start to flow. After 10 minutes, pour the first sugar syrup from the bottom bucket back in; it is not yet fully saturated. The next day you’ll see you’ve got a perfect sugar syrup. Each bucket has a capacity of 10 liters.
