This beautiful simplex beehive is an ideal set for the beginner beekeeper / apiarist with a small colony who wants to have a second brood box ready for the colony’s growth. The beehive is made of red cedar and has external dimensions 50 cm x 46 cm.
The beehive consists of the following components:
- Roof with aluminium cover, red cedar (1882)
- 2 x brood box outer box red cedar (1879)
- 2 x brood box inner box plywood (1884)
- Varroa bottom board with stainless steel screen meranti (1999)
- Crown board without hole (1742)
Note: the hive is supplied without frames.
