Beautiful red cedar beehive for the true hobby beekeeper. The hive features an iconic pointed roof and comes with a glass crown board so you can easily observe the bees. The hive comes with standard Simplex frames (linden wood, without foundation). Wood type of the hive is red cedar.
This red cedar Spaarkast (Simplex size) consists of the following components:
- 1 Pointed roof for the Spaarkast (Dutch manufactured)
- 1 Glass crown board (without feeding hole)
- 2 Honey supers (incl. 10-frame aluminum spacers)
- 2 Sets of assembled honey super frames made of pine wood
- 2 Brood boxes (incl. 10-frame aluminum spacers)
- 2 Sets of assembled brood box frames made of pine wood
- 1 Bottom board (varroa)
- 8 Aluminum spacer strips
This hive comes with standard 10-frame aluminum spacers and frames Without Saw Cut.
In addition to this beautiful beehive, you will also receive a handy hive record card for keeping track of the bee colony's data.
Note: don't forget to order a queen excluder and/or wax foundation if you need these products.
