Pine Spaarkast Deluxe (simplex frame size). A great beehive for a new/small colony and ideal to start with as a beginner beekeeper. The hive is easy to expand with additional brood boxes and/or honey supers.
This premium wooden beehive is made from top-quality pine. The corners of the hive are neatly jointed, which prevents moisture from entering the wood. You won’t easily find a better pine beehive! Choose from the 4 different options:

Embedding wax foundation is shipped at the customer's risk due to the fragility of the embedded beeswax foundation.
Beekeeping tips:
Use linseed oil varnish (art. 1592) to seal your beehive. This provides excellent weather protection!
