Roof for the Spaarkast beehive, made of excellent quality pine wood, with an aluminum cover/plate for outstanding protection. The end grain is finished to prevent moisture from penetrating the wood. To preserve your equipment, we recommend priming and painting the hive parts twice or treating them thoroughly with linseed oil.
