Queen mating nuc Scandinavian model

Small polystyrene queen mating nuc box in the Scandinavian style with entrance disc (1 queen entrance and 2 ventilation openings). This mating nuc has the same dimensions as the Apidea box and the Swi-Bine box. The frame size is identical to Apidea. Ideal for queen rearing and an affordable alternative to an Apidea box. Supplied complete. It includes:

• Bottom grid that opens for filling with bees
• Three plastic hive frames
• Removable feeder compartment
• Cover plate
• Queen excluder with a ventilation position so the queen cannot fly out from the wrong side for the mating flight
• Queen excluder to separate the feeder compartment
• Front slide for extra ventilation + ventilation grid

Ideal and affordable solution for the beginner in queen rearing.
