The M3 queen rearing nucleus hive, also known as SMP hive, is an ideal breeding hive for queen breeders who keep bees with the Dutch simplex frame size. This hive is equipped with aluminum roof protection. The hive consists of two small bodies that together fit 10 half simplex honey super frames. These can be pushed together to form 5 honey super frames, allowing the colony to further develop in a simplex hive. The bodies fit perfectly together through the recess (click mechanism). The bodies are also super convenient to lift thanks to the handles on the front and back. Furthermore, the hive consists of a roof, crown board with feeding hole, and a bottom board with two ventilation openings covered with stainless steel mesh. Comes complete with 10 hive frames!
