Bee bread 500 grams

500 grams of bee bread delivered in jars or in bucket a.k.a. availability. Bee bread is a storage form of pollen in the hive. The bees pound the pollen in the comb and mix it with drops of nectar. This creates hexagonal chunks that are slightly acidified and thus preserved by the bees. Bee bread is packed with vitamins and is a good source of protein. It also contains, carbohydrates, fats and many minerals (potassium, magnesium, calcium, iron, phosphorus, sulfur, manganese, silicon, copper) and amino acids. The vitamins found in pollen are also found in bee bread such as (B1 (thiamin), B2 (riboflavin), B3 (nicotinamide), B6 (pyridoxide), B8 (biotin), B9 (folic acid) and B12), nicotinic acid, vitamin C (ascorbic acid), pantotenic acid, to a lesser extent A (retinol), D (ergosterol) E (tocopherol), K (phytomenadione) and rutin). This composition makes bee bread a very healthy addition to the diet. Our bee bread is mined in the Netherlands or the EU and is therefore relatively local. Let yourself be surprised and mix them in your yogurt, for example, or start the day energetically with a spoonful. Bee bread is also a superfood.
