Brood box for the blue-painted polystyrene beehive. The brood box is fitted with frame runners instead of spacers. This makes sliding and repositioning the hive frames very easy. These polystyrene hives work best with Simplex Hoffman frames or Simplex frames fitted with spacers. In addition, this brood box has two extra entrance holes. These can be opened during a good nectar flow and are then eagerly used by the bees. These entrance holes can also be closed or set to ventilation mode. This brood box is supplied ready-painted blue.

The high-density moulding of the BeeFun polystyrene spaarkast hives results in a sturdier hive than, for example, the Segeberger hive. Thanks to the smart design they are also generally lighter than, for example, Segeberger hives. The insulating performance is excellent.
