Professional electric steam wax melter 1000 mm

Electric professional wax melter (1000 mm) for melting a large quantity of hive frames per batch. This large steam wax melter accommodates the most common frames such as: Dadant, simplex, Zander, Langstroth, etc. The tank of the wax melter is made of stainless steel and the legs are robustly powder-coated. It’s a very handy steam wax melter that can also be used as an uncapping tank with the supplied top rack. The hive frames can be hung in the tank before and after uncapping. Dimensions steam wax melter: (l) 1000 x (w) 445 x (h) 835 mm. The inner tank has a depth of 400 mm. Steam is generated by a powerful 6 kW steam generator that runs on 400 volt. The wax melter can be connected via a 'garden' hose to the (cold or hot) water supply. The intake is automatically controlled by a water sensor!

Melting hive frames is lightning fast: it takes about 30 to 45 minutes for 40 Dadant frames.
