Kunstraat press stainless steel water-cooled

Water-cooled artificial comb press, manufactured in Europe, for making beeswax artificial comb sheets. This model is made of stainless steel and a durable silicone rubber for forming the comb. Select your desired sizes for the wall mold.

The operation is extremely simple. Using a ladle, a scoop of melted beeswax is poured onto the press. Close the press and the artificial street is formed in 30 sec. Due to the water, which flows through the press, the artificial street cools down quickly and can then be removed from the machine. Production is about 60 sheets per hour (1 per minute) and water consumption, depending on the ambient temperature, is about 30 liters per hour.
