Top Bar Hive hive pine (TBH)

The Top Bar Hive pine hive is the hive for the entry-level beekeeper who likes to let the bees build their own comb. The bees use as much space as they need. This product is produced especially for the Imkershop with super high quality standards.

The Top Bar Hive (TBH) cabinet is made of beautiful pine without knots, real quality wood. The wood is basically FSC (if available from lumberyard). So it may happen that some parts are not FSC.

In addition, stainless steel mesh has been used. The 23 bars (window (top) slats on which the combs are built out) are made of pine and by adding a piece of comb or strip of wax, the bees will start building out the comb in the right direction.

The cabinet has a beautiful wooden lid with wooden frame and features a stand to place the cabinet on.
