Top Bar Hive beehive pine wood (TBH)

The Top Bar Hive beehive made of pine is the perfect hive for beginning beekeepers who want the bees to build their own comb. The bees use just as much space as they need. This product is specially produced for the Imkershop with super high quality requirements.

The Top Bar Hive (TBH) is made of beautiful knot-free pine, truly quality wood. The wood is in principle FSC certified (if available from the timber merchant). It may therefore happen that some components are not FSC certified.

Furthermore, stainless steel mesh has been used. The 23 bars (top bars on which the combs are built) are made of spruce, and by applying a piece of comb or strip of wax, the bees will build the comb in the right direction.

The hive comes with a beautiful wooden lid with wooden frame and is equipped with a stand to place the hive on.
