Mating nuc Scandinavian model

Small polystyrene mating nuc in Scandinavian model with entrance disc (1 entrance opening for the queen and 2 ventilation openings). The mating nuc has the same dimensions as the Apidea nuc and the Swi-Bine nuc. The frame size is also identical to that of Apidea. Ideal for queen rearing and an affordable alternative to, for example, an Apidea nuc. This nuc comes very complete. It consists of:

• Bottom screen that can be opened to fill with bees
• Three plastic hive frames
• Removable feeding compartment
• Cover plate
• Queen excluder with a ventilation position so the queen cannot fly out from the wrong place for the mating flight
• Queen excluder for separation of the feeding compartment
• Slide at the front for extra ventilation + ventilation grid

Ideal and affordable solution for beginners in queen rearing.

The frames in this nuc are the same as the Apidea frame size.
