FondabeeFruc sugar candy per 1 kg

FondabeeFruc sugar paste is a ready-to-use sugar paste in a 1 kg package. The ideal packaging for 3-frame nucs, miniplus hives etc. The sugar paste distinguishes itself by the addition of 3% fructose. This ensures that it is more resistant to hot and very cold weather (it maintains its softness). Naturally, it consists of the ideal mix of sugars for the bees so they can consume it well. The sugar paste is nicely firm so it doesn't run out of the bag. The ratio is approximately 83.5% sucrose, 3% dextrose, 2% maltose, 11.5% higher sugars. Fondabee is produced in Belgium by Belgosuc under strict regulations for human consumption. Note: cheaper brands sometimes have a different ratio. A high HMF content is toxic to bees.

You can easily feed the sugar paste to the bees by poking/cutting an opening in the packaging with your hive tool. Then fold or tear off a plastic tab and place the hole on the feeding hole of the crown board.
