This Simplex hive Starter is made of the wood type pine. The outer size of the hive is 50 cm x 46 cm. A Simplex hive is a double-walled hive with an inner and outer container.

- incubator indoor plywood (1884)
- honey room outdoor pine (1993)

- Varroa base with stainless steel grid meranti (1999)
- Deck board without hole (1742)
