Cappings Press 100 kg/h 400 V

This cappings press is designed for pressing wax cappings and/or honeycomb very efficiently. The machine ensures even the last traces of honey are pressed out of the cappings and simultaneously clarifies the beeswax. This process takes place in a perforated cylinder. Honey passes through the holes in the perforated cylinder and flows into the strainer. The remaining wax is further compressed by a screw and then pushed out. This produces dry wax in a form ready to be melted. The honey collection tank is fitted with a honey gate to empty the tank or to connect it to a pump.

This machine is made of high-grade, acid-resistant stainless steel. The unit is equipped with wheels for easy moving or transporting. Thanks to its compact dimensions and clear controls, the unit is very user-friendly. The wax screw press can also be used in the food industry as a fruit press.
