Honey extraction machine

This machine, entirely made of acid-resistant stainless steel, is designed for beekeepers interested in effective improvements and an accelerated way of working in the apiary, while maintaining honey quality at the highest level. With this professional honey extraction machine, you can uncap the hive frames and extract the honey using a horizontal honey extractor.

The machine consists of the following components:
- Mechanical uncapping machine
The uncapping machine is equipped with knives that are heated by a hot water heating system in a closed circuit. This ensures optimal performance of the knives. The uncapping machine works at a speed of 4-6 frames per minute.

- Press for the cappings from uncapped frames
During uncapping, the cappings fall into the press. The press has a capacity of 100 kg per hour and ensures that the honey is separated from the wax.

- Conveyor belts
While the separated honey flows to a filter sieve, the pressed wax is transported to a special container. Simultaneously, the already uncapped frames are transported via the conveyor belt to the honey extractor. The frames are placed in the honey extractor using a manual cart.

- Honey extractor
The honey extractor has space for 40 frames. The lid of the honey extractor is equipped with gas springs that make opening and closing very easy. After extraction, the honey automatically flows to a vertical sieve. The honey extractor is 137 cm long, 115 cm wide, and 190 cm high.

- Collection table
After extracting the honey, the frames can be placed on the collection table.

- Collection tank
After filtering the honey through the vertical sieve, the honey flows into a collection tank with a capacity of 120 L.

The components of this machine operate on a 230V power supply. The overall dimensions of the machine are: length 500 cm, width 170 cm, and height 190 cm. The total weight is 419 kg.
