Unsealing press 100 kg/hour 400 V

This unsealing press is made for pressing beeswax lids and/or beeswax concentrate in a very efficient way. The machine ensures that even the last remnants of honey are squeezed out of the wax lids and makes the beeswax pure right away. This process takes place in a perforated cylinder. Honey penetrates through the holes in the perforated cylinder plate and flows into the sieve. The remaining wax is pressed further by a screw and then pushed out. This creates dry wax in a mold ready to be melted. Attached to the honey collection container is a drain valve for emptying the collection container or connecting it to a pump.

This machine is made of high-quality, stainless and acid-resistant steel. The unit is equipped with wheels for easy moving or transportation. Its compact dimensions and a clear operating system make it very user-friendly. The wash screw press can also be used in the food industry as a fruit press.
