Uncapping Press 100 kg/hour 400 V

This uncapping press is made for pressing beeswax cappings and/or beeswax comb in a very efficient way. The machine ensures that even the last bits of honey are pressed out of the wax cappings and purifies the beeswax at the same time. This process takes place in a perforated cylinder. Honey penetrates through the holes in the perforated cylinder plate and flows into the sieve. The remaining wax is further pressed by a screw and then pushed outward. This creates dry wax in a form that is ready to be melted. The honey collection tank has a drain tap to empty the tank or to connect it to a pump.

This machine is made of high-quality, stainless and acid-resistant steel. The device is equipped with wheels for easy moving or transportation. Thanks to the compact dimensions and a clear operating system, the device is very user-friendly. The wax screw press can also be used in the food industry as a fruit press.
