Honey refractometer Premium, equipped with LED lighting that allows you to see the result even without daylight, (Automatic Temperture Control) for determining the moisture content in the honey. The refractometer comes calibrated in a luxurious black box and is ready for use. In principle, this refractometer does not need to be recalibrated in the coming years. In the blog is explained how to use the honey refractometer.

The refractometer comes in a protective box with a calibration screwdriver, a bottle of calibration oil and 1 pipette. The honey can also be placed on the glass with a plastic spoon. Specifications: 58-92% Brix (purity: about 0.50% Brix*), 38-43 Be (purity: about 0.50% Basic unit - Be), 12-27% water (purity: about 1% water). Can also be used for other substances to determine sugar/water content such as in jams.

* Brix is a measure of the amount of sugar in a liquid and indicates the percentage by mass of the liquid made up of sugar.
