520 mm 4-frame electric honey extractor Deluxe BeeFun®

520 mm 4-frame electric/manual honey extractor from BeeFun. With this honey extractor you can extract honey either manually or electrically. The extractor features a 250 W motor with a digital display that lets you set spin time, speed, and direction. It also has a memory button to easily recall your previous settings. This honey extractor has a stainless steel drum with very robust blue-coated legs and a stainless steel honey gate. The basket inside has a fine mesh with no sharp edges and fits hive frames up to a maximum size of 42 x 26 cm. The drum has a sloped bottom so no honey is left behind in the extractor. There is clearance for a bucket up to 39 cm high to collect honey from the stainless steel honey gate. The honey gate is made of stainless steel with a rubber gasket to prevent leaks and is mounted extra low in the drum. In addition, this extractor features a motion sensor for extra safety. As soon as the lid is opened the extractor stops spinning automatically.

This extractor holds 4 simplex brood box frames or 4 honey super frames, and with a bit of shuffling and/or by doubling the top bar, you can just about fit 8 simplex honey super frames.

Note: this extractor is delivered as a ‘kit’. This means the legs and crank arm, etc. still need to be assembled. The drum with drive weighs approximately 18.5 kg and the legs 4.5 kg.

Tip: Rubber feet so the extractor slides less while extracting. These rubber feet also protect the floor from scratches.
