Bag of 7 grams (about 25) nails. These special thin iron nails allow you to mount 2 spacer strips (10- or 11-rafter) or 4 (6-rafter) spacer strips. These nails have exactly the right thickness.

How do you prevent splitting of the wood during assembly?
Place the head perpendicular to the wood grain where the nail is desired. Give a small tap with the hammer so that the grain is broken.
Pre-drilling a small hole is also possible, of course. Then you easily attach the spacer strips.
