Honey refractometer (Automatic Temperture Control) for determining the moisture content in honey. The refractometer is delivered calibrated and thus immediately ready for use. In principle, this refractometer does not need to be recalibrated in the coming years. In the blog is explained how to use the honey refractometer.
The refractometer comes in a protective box with a calibration screwdriver and 1 pipette. The honey can easily be applied with a plastic spoon as well. Specifications: 58-92% Brix (purity: about 0.50% Brix), 38-43 Be (purity: about 0.50% Be), 12-27% water (purity: about 1% water). Can also be used for other substances to determine sugar/water content.
