Honey refractometer (Automatic Temperture Control) for determining the moisture content in honey. The refractometer is delivered calibrated and thus immediately ready for use. The refractometer comes in a protective box with a calibration screwdriver and 1 pipette. The honey can easily be applied with a plastic spoon as well. Specifications: 58-92% Brix (purity: about 0.50% Brix), 38-43 Be (purity: about 0.50% Be), 12-27% water (purity: about 1% water). Can also be used for other substances to determine sugar/water content.
