VarroJet

Varrojet is a handy tool for controlling varroa in the beehive. The Varrojet can be used with any beehive or skep and is made of metal components for a longer service life. Smoke is introduced into the (sealed) hive through the inlet. The device is lightweight and easy to use.

Use: place a tablet on the metal mesh and light the tablet with a lighter. Once the tablet begins to glow, insert the Varrojet into the beehive and switch the device on. Once the tablet has burned out, slide the Varrojet out of the entrance and, if desired, treat the next beehive.

The Varrojet is powered by just two 1.5 V AA+ batteries.

After fumigating a maximum of 6 beehives, it is recommended to take a short break to prevent the Varrojet from overheating.
