Api-Invert invert sugar, supplied in a cardboard box. Inside the box is a bag filled with 16 kg of sugar syrup (bag in a box), fitted with a screw cap and a pour spout. The box has convenient handles for pouring and an opening through which the screw cap can be inserted. Dispensing works the same way as the well-known wine boxes with a tap.
