In addition to drying, this machine also allows you to cream honey. This process is based on continuously mixing the honey. The honey crystals are mechanically sheared by a slowly rotating rotor with a set of 31 plates. By running continuously for several days (duration depends on the type of honey, ambient temperature, and moisture content), you ensure the honey reaches the right consistency. The creamed honey can be stored for many months at a constant temperature.
