Beautiful glass crown board for the Simplex BE beehive and polystyrene BeeFun beehive. This lets you observe the bees beautifully from above. The crown board is made from float glass and CNC-ground. This means the edges are nicely rounded and, importantly, the hive tool slips under easily and the glass plate also releases easily—even when it’s completely glued down with propolis. The 6 mm-thick glass is very strong and has the ideal thickness for a crown board. Dimensions: 456 mm x 456 mm x 6 mm.

Plastic replacement entrance reducer strip for polystyrene spaarkast beehives. This strip slides easily into the bottom board and can be used in four positions, including open, closed, and reduced. Always handy to keep one or two strips as spares! Note: the color may differ from the photo.

Spare varroa tray for polystyrene spaarkast beehives. This tray is supplied as standard with the floor, but it’s always handy to have one or two spare trays!

This unpainted separator board can be used as a separator, bee escape, or crown board. The separator board contains 5 ventilation openings. These can also be closed using the included blocks. A bee escape can also be mounted on these openings. Choose the large model bee escape (8 or 16 exits). The separator board is made of polystyrene and has a density of 160g/liter. This makes the hives extremely sturdy.

The dense compression of the BeeFun polystyrene Spaarkast beehives ensures a sturdier beehive than, for example, the Segeberger beehive. Additionally, they are generally even lighter than Segeberger beehives due to their smart design. The insulating capacity is also excellent.

White closure block for the polystyrene beehive. With this closure block you can close the ventilation opening of a hive box in your beehive. The block is about 5.5 x 3.5 cm and fits perfectly in our Spaarkast polystyrene beehives.

Honey super for the polystyrene beehive. The honey super is fitted with frame runners. This makes sliding and moving the hive frames very easy. This beehive performs best with simplex Hoffman frames or simplex frames fitted with spacers. In addition, this super has an extra entrance. You can use it during a good nectar flow, and the bees will then use it eagerly. This entrance can also be closed or set to ventilation mode. This honey super is supplied unpainted.

The high-density BeeFun polystyrene spaarkast hives make for extremely sturdy hives. A sturdier hive than, for example, the Segeberger hive. The roofs are made of polystyrene and have a density of 160 g/l. Thanks to the smart design, they are also generally lighter than, for example, Segeberger hives. The insulation performance is excellent.
