This pricking and/or uncapping machine makes uncapping much easier. Place a hive frame between the two needle plates; as soon as you push the handle down, the frame is uncapped very efficiently. All cells are opened and the frames can be placed directly into the honey extractor. The machine is made of stainless steel, also very suitable for loosening heather honey, the so-called pricking.

This manual uncapping machine is ideal for the small-scale beekeeper with a substantial number of hive frames to extract. The frames are fed manually through the machine. This type is available either without heating, or with knives heated via a steam generator. Heating is recommended! The motor that drives the knives is 180 W and the table is 1500 mm long.

This fully automatic uncapping machine is custom-built to your specifications. This is essential because the machine is only suitable for one frame size. The capacity of the machine is 4 hive frames per minute. The hive frames are fed in and then processed automatically. The motor has a rotation speed of 9 rpm.

There are 4 different variants of this model. This is the 230V version. Here you can choose between water-heated uncapping knives or fully electrically heated knives. With the water-heating system, warm-up takes about 20 minutes and this type has a power rating of 200 W. The fully electrically heated knives are hot within 5 minutes. The advantage of water-heated knives is that they contain no electronics and maintain a constant temperature.

This stainless steel machine is specifically designed to be placed under an uncapping machine to transport the uncapped pieces of honeycomb to the next machine in the processing line.
